The issue
“Most brands don't consider return processing to be worth it, so they landfill returns to reduce losses.
Returns result in 15 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions from landfills every year."
——Sophie Benson

"A shopping environment is full of noises, smells, and sounds. Many people with autism struggle with these things and can easily become overwhelmed by autism."
——ADMIN, the Autism page.

Sizility is focus on sustainable development, social equality and inclusiveness.

SUSTAINABILITY
Using 3D scanning technology to reduce the waste caused by returns due to wrong sizing choices.

FOCUS ON VULNERABLE GROUPS
Sizility notices the difficulties of shopping for the less fortunate in society.
Helping VULNERABLE GROUPS to be able to shop as normal people do, promotes social equality and is more inclusive which builds Sizility's positive social impact.

CSR Activities

Work with local organizations
Hold regular charity events for the hearing impaired and autistic. Through the provision of sign language interpreters by local organizations, we are working with the hearing impaired to help them better understand how our plug-ins can be applied.
Inclusive recruitment
Ensure that special groups are treated with tolerance and non- discrimination and that they receive a normal salary package and a welcoming workplace environment when hiring and working with them.

Donation
In order to help make a difference in this area, Sizility is donating 1% of its annual income to the Manchester Deaf Centre and the Autistic Society Greater Manchester Area (ASGMA) to help.
Paid volunteer
Sizility employees are given the choice of volunteering once a month for paid services that benefit people with hearing loss and autism in the community.
